1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase from this Site.
2. Using This Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or copy/reuse Site content (including images of artwork) without permission. We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms. The Site is provided "as is," and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
3. Intellectual Property & Artwork Copyright
All Site content — photos, text, design — belongs to Julie Krueger Art. Buying a physical piece of art transfers ownership of that object only, not the copyright. We retain all reproduction and copyright rights to every original and print unless we agree otherwise in writing. Buyers may not reproduce, print, or commercially exploit purchased artwork without permission.
Where prints are sold as limited editions, the numbering listed at time of sale is accurate; open editions are not represented as limited.
4. Products, Pricing & Orders
Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Colors and texture may look slightly different on-screen than in person, and since original pieces are one-of-a-kind, minor variation from photos is normal — not a defect. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order (e.g., pricing error, item already sold) and will issue a full refund if we do.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Wix.We don't store your full card details.
6. Shipping
We ship to the US and select international destinations shown at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you — we're not responsible for lost or damaged shipments in transit, though we'll assist with carrier claims. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
7A. Returns & Refunds
If you'd like to return an item, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery by emailing JulieKruegerArt@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a prior RMA.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it is in its original condition and packaging. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, less a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or reduce the refund accordingly.
7B. Damages & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 2 calendar days of delivery, along with photos of the damage and packaging, by emailing JulieKruegerArt@gmail.com. Confirmed damage claims are handled separately from standard returns: no restocking fee applies, and you are not responsible for return shipping on a confirmed damage claim. We will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion once the claim is verified.
8. Commissions
We do not currently accept custom/commissioned orders. If that changes, separate terms will apply to those transactions.
9. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is covered by our separate Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided without warranties beyond what's legally required. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid for the item involved.
11. Indemnification
You agree to cover us for any claims or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be handled in Florida courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
